2009 Key Stage Results Collection

Key Stage 3 Teacher Assessed Levels
Despite the abolition of externally marked Key Stage 3 exams this year, MidYIS and Yellis still intend to provide you with Key Stage 3 value-added reports this autumn along with predictions and chances graphs for your newly tested pupils next term. In order to do this we need you to send us a copy of your pupils’ 2009 Key Stage 3 teacher assessed results as soon as possible and no later than Friday 4th September 2009.

The Key Stage 3 value-added feedback gives you detailed pupil and subject level measures of relative progress in English, Maths and Science. This value-added feedback was included in the fee you paid for the baseline test.

We can only accept your teacher assessed levels as a CSV file format download from your school's Management Information System. The file must contain the following fields, in the order shown:

Key Stage 2 Levels

This year we would also like to investigate the relationship between MidYIS and Key Stage 2 levels and also our new curriculum based assessments at the end of Year 9, SOSCA and INSIGHT. Therefore we request that you also send us Key Stage 2 levels for your pupils that took the MidYIS Test this year. If your Year 7 pupils took the MidYIS test, they will have completed KS2 in 2008, Year 8 pupils in 2007 and Year 9 pupils in 2006.

You can do this as either a download from the DCSF's Key to Success website (preffered) or we would be happy to receive these results as a CSV file from your school Management Information System. The file must contain the following fields, in the order shown:
